Front Layouts?

My front layouts are staring to look pretty good on floor. I was wondering if they were an acceptable level seven salto, and if just a punch layout would be a legal last pass, while keeping my fronthandspring-front tuck and ro bhs layout passes of course.

gymdog will become famous soon enough
Yes, and yes, now that they are a B salto. You could do just a RO BHS layout and a FHS FT and fulfill the level 7 salto requirements. A lot of L7s do three passes anyway of course.

Some of the L 7s at our gym do FLO, FLO, or FLO, front pike as their front tumbling pass. If you can do that, you could substitute it for the FHS, front tuck.

Thanks. And yes, my routine has three passes in it. I'm just bored with the RO BHS BHS step out at the end.
