starmaker is on a distinguished road
exception to the age minimum requirement to compete L4
Has anyone heard or know anything about a "Special Permission" that is granted for a gymnast who is under the age limit...for instance having a 5 year old compete L4??

Nope...and it would be unethical. I would question why a parent or coach would do this.
