lvl 7 beam

I want to make it to lvl 7 next year so I already
have been thinking about possible routines, skills, etc and trying them out.

I know the requirements but:

1) Is a scale, reach down into frontwalkover-roundoff a valid arco series?

2) Is a full turn from knee an A or B value skill?

A front walkover is from a scale isn't any different from a front walkover from a stand, so if there is continued movement, a front walkover, RO is a series.

A full turn on knee is just an A...and it won't count for a special requirement.

Is the full turn from knee coming up through an extended body or staying down on knee I'm kind of confused.
