If you're referring to the part about $24 a session, I think it's saying that's what the judge earns .

ODDs new comp leo is $60 and YDDs comp leo is $40 this year. Last year ODDs was also cheap. The gym we were at for about a month after the move was about $200 so I made out on that switch!

That wasn't for a competition leo... it was for the new leo she would be buying her daughter after the meet (you know - like WE DO )... of course, I am lucky that at all but Nationals, those meets that are selling leos have them for $30 or less
