I am training to become a high level gymnast, and while I don't lack a whole lot in skills, I lack strength. I am the only one in my group that can't do 2 rope climbs in a row (without feet, we can use legs). I can do one, but my arms are too exhausted for the second one. I was wondering if anyone knew of any at home excersises to do to that will help improve my rope climbing.
