I have alot of girls that are working on there standing backhand spring and alot of them sit way to low before there Backhandspring is there any good drills to help???

You can tell them to think about bending just a little bit, or keeping their legs almost straight, or being "quick" when they jump. Have them watch someone who does it well. Also, you can put a cheese mat or something in front of them and have them do their back handspring away from it - if they bend too much, their knees will touch the mat.
