I am pretty strong. Well, really strong my friends call me muscles and i like push ups and sit ups. But i want a 6 pack. Does anyone have any drills to get the lower part of my abs toned. The muscle is there but not toned to see. I want them for the summer! Thanks everybody

you can try v-ups..you might already do them but if you dont know what they are then you just lay down on your back with your arms up, then kind of fold your body in half and reach your hands and feet towards the cieling..kind of hard to explain..lol..or you could just do lots of hollow boday rocks..lol..those always work!
 
Please do not take this the wrong way, but "abs are made in the kitchen".

Please do not take offense to this nor do I want this to induce any eating disorder or self-esteem issues.

Six pack abs are a matter of a lack of body fat in the abdominal region versus real muscle.

Some of my little guys have 6 packs but test poorly on abdominal strength like L-sit or L-hang.
