So Dd's had a very intense last few weeks- ideal testing, extra practice, first state qualifiers....
On the way home from practise she told me that her teammates apparently had been talking about what'd be like to be 'normal' kids and what they would do.
I always stress about her missing out on other childhood experiences through her time in the gym.... so I asked her what she'd do if she was a 'normal' child- quick as a flash she answered "well, I'd ask if I could start gymnastics!!"
Mum worrying all finished LOL
