I've found Gymnast Care pretty good - http://gymnastcare.com/

I don't buy any products, but I've found their ideas about what to feed a gymnast and when helpful, as well as some of their podcasts, which help explain why my daughter's coach does what he does. That peace of mind had helped my out big time when others have questioned the direction the gym was taking.
