Hi,
I have been lurking here for a couple of days. My dd is 7 and was just asked to join the pre-team at her gym 2 weeks ago. She goes for evaluations in a couple of weeks. She has been taking rec classes for 2 years and is a lvl 2 (although almost lvl 3 per her coach and the pre team begins at lvl 3).
I am sure this is only the beginning . i personally know very little about gymnastics as I played other sports but am happy to support her in this.

First off.. Congrats to your Lil gymnast! I was the same as you, never was in gymnastics so had no clue what we were getting into. Just enjoy the ride.

Welcome! I'm pretty new to this gymnastic thing myself. My DD (age 6) has been on pre-team for about a year now (she just moved up to lvl 3). Seems like I learn something new every day!

Hello. My daughter who is 7 is pre-team moving to level 3 in June. Also learning as I go, even tho I was a non-competitive gymnast back in the day.
