Bent legs during bhs on the floor....trampoline, they are perfect. Frustrating!

I can't say anything for sure without seeing it. But my guess is that you either have a problem with the roundoff or the jump (depending on what you are doing this from). If a gymnast doesn't have enough power, or is coming from the wrong shape they tend to compensate by bending their knees. So I would look there.
 
I agree with what is written above in that it could be any number of issues, and also with the suggestions offered. How big is the gymnast? If they are easily spottable, I would recommend guiding them through each motion of the bhs with correct shapes many times just to ensure he/she actually knows what each of those positions feel like. Some kids feel like their legs are straight just because they don't know any different and need to be taught what straight legs mid-skill feel like.
