Right now I have three gymnasts who have injuries in their lower body. They are all off training for a while but when they'll come back I'd like to have a good, long lesson plan for them. The girl 1 broke her knee during competition warm up (bruised bone and damaged cartilage). The girl 2 broke her leg when riding a bike. There's no broken bones thought and it's not that bad. And the girl 3 has some kind of repetitive strain injury in both knees but I don't have the words to explain this more specifically in English.

So, I should have a lesson plan for them when they will start training again. Mostly upper body conditioning, dance skills, some bar work. No jumps, no landings... Have you ever made a plan for gymnasts who suffer from injuries in legs/knees and would you like to share it? These girls are in levels D and E here in Finland (can be compared to levels 5/6/7 in USA).
