I need help w/ drill for this on high bar. I have a girl that can do push away long hang pullover but not from the jump to high bar. she doesn't have a kip to high bar and I need her to get to high bar w/ some skill...

Im assuming by long hang pull over you are referring to what I understand as a 3/4 giant.

From the low bar, jump to highbar and swing to a front support. Basically, a pull over with a swing.

If I am correct in my assumption, I would have my gymnast stand on the floor, and jump to the low bar and swing (bent knee, of course) to feel a swing into the pull over. You can hand spot it far easier.

From there, when confident, transition to the high bar (with bent knees at start), and then straighten the form as confidence increases.

If I am way off, Im sorry. Perhaps if you clarify what you are looking for, I may be able to come up with something else.
