WAG new knee injury

it seems as though I have happened upon this years' injury! I hyper-extended my knee and tore a bunch of ligaments and tendons . I am hoping for a fast recovery. This is quite frustrating though!
 
I feel your pain. I tore my ACL three years ago this May and it's never been the same. I tend to hyper extend it all the time, especially when I'm doing roundoffs. I hope you heal quickly and fully.
 
Hope you feel better soon! I've hyper extended my knee too, luckily didn't tear anything but still not fun. (and warming up with a handstand flatback vault! how silly is that...)
