Hi, I've been kinda bored during this summer and I wanted to learn some new skills on my own. I can do a Cartwheel, one-handed Cartwheel, Round-Off, Back Walkover, Front Walkover, Front Handspring, Handstands and basic stuff like that, so I would like some new skills/combos ( like the Onodi or the Worley) but easy ones. Any sugestion?
 
back handsprings?? but i wouldn't do them with out a spot first.. it sounds like you have a lot of the basic skills... sorry i can't really think of anything right now..
 
Yeah I tought of that too but I don't have a spotter and I'm a bit (LOT) frightened of going backwards.
 
Back walkover to handstand, chest roll down.
Head kips. And to handstand.
Neck kips. And to handstand.
Handstand piroettes.
Handstand straight arm forward rolls. To pike stand, to straddle stand, to squat.
Elbow stands.
Handstand plange and reverse plange.
One arm cartwheels. Near arm, far arm. Same on opposite side.
Front handspring step out. Front hadspring to straddle stand, to pike sit, straddle sit.
Mounter front hand springs.
Valdez and valdez variations.
Jump full turns and double turns. Alse in tuck position.
Falls to chest scale and to prone position.
Presses and variations.
Headstands and variations.
Headstands to handstand.
Elbow stand to handstand.
Butterfly leaps.
Aerials.
Arabian dive rolls.
Arch dive rolls.
Single leg circles.
Double leg circles.
Front support snap to rear support and variations.
Neck stand and variations.
Reverse arms headstand.
Wide arm handstands.
Back overs (like a back walk over with both feet together-no split)
Back over to handstand and variations.
Handstand in split and switch legs (scissors) ... also jump off hands.
