T tuckfull Proud Parent Aug 29, 2014 #2 I think its a foam roller? We have one that we all use - DD sometimes if she's sore after gymnastics and sometimes DH or I will use it after Crossfit workouts. It sort of helps "massage" and loosen tight, sore muscles.
