I can't land my standing back tuck and it's driving me crazy. The problem isn't even that I'm landing and then falling fowards, I barely land on my feet at all. It's like I rotate onto my knees. I have a good set, so I don't really know if that's the problem. Does anybody think they can help?

I don't have a video of myself doing it because I don't have mats so I don't want to try it at home, but here's a 2 videos of girls doing it similar (the landing part) how I do: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T1jC1MKlvbU&feature=related

not enought height on your jump/slow rotation leading to you performing a 3/4 rotation. More height=more time means you can open out to land on your feet.
