I CAN NOT do a standing back tuck!! i have no idea why! i think i'm flipping to slow..? does anyone have any advice?? most of the time i'm pretty close but i land in a squat then fall to my knees.. HELP!
 
Without seeing you do it, it's hard to say what to correct. Are you setting with your arms all the way up? Jumping hard? If you have a weaker jump into the tuck, you could do plyometric exercises (like block jumping) to build that up. Are you pulling your legs in the correct tucked position? I always tell my tumblers to think about getting their shins/knees up over their head when they begin to rotate. I hope this helps you a little bit...very hard to give advice w/o seeing it.
