Toe Shoots!!!

The level 9's and 10's at my gym do this kind of drill:

-Set a bar to about eye height
-Put a spring board or mini tramp near the bar
-On the side opposite of the spring board, place a block about 2 feet from the bar (the block is about the same height as the bar or a bit smaller)
-On top of the block, put a squishy mat or sting mat or something of that sort

This is what you do:

-Bounce on the spring board/mini tramp
-Jump onto the bar
-As soon as you jump to the bar put your feet on the bar
-Swing underneath the bar with your feet still on the bar
-Once you feet your behind passing horizontal, push your feet off of the bar
-When you push your feel off of the bar, throw your arms behind you
-If you do this correctly, you should land on your stomach on the block

I've done this drill before, and I can almost make my toe shoot, so good luck!
Also, face planting is not uncommon, I've done that too!
Don't set the block too far away too, because then you might land on your butt and fall backwards off the block.
