My front handspring on the floor is really behind in skill level. I'm currently a level 5 (Australia) aiming for level 6 in the new code next year but my front handspring is really letting me down.
My coach says I'm strong enough to do it and that my technique is getting better but something is still missing. Does anyone have any tips about front handspring that I could try because I would really appreciate it. Also on a side note, is there such thing as being too tight? Just curious! Thanks in advance Xx
