What are some good leg strengthening ballet exercises?

Hi All!!

Ballet classes started for Dani and this year she is in a more advanced class. Her teacher says that her flexibility is great but she needs to work on her leg strength. She showed me a quick exercise to do with the rubber thera-bands that involved turning the foot out. Do any of you know of any videos from youtube that you can point me to that illustrate some good exercises? If not videos, can you describe a couple exercises that she can do at home? We do have the thera-bands so we can use those.

Plie squats and jumping in plie and landing (soft by absorbing the land by bending at the knees and hips) and jumping in plie (4th) and switching the legs ( jump from a right leg forward plie-4th and switch in the air and land in left leg forward plie-4th).
