What are some good stretches?

Hi: ) Well, I used to have really good shoulder flexibility, but not so much anymore:rolleyes:Does anyone have any good shoulder stretches that could improve my shoulder flexibility, as well as strengthen them?
Also, I'm really inflexible in splits too, so besides just stretching them, are there any good stretches to improve my splits? These have never been good...

For your shoulders:
Have you tried lying on your stomach on the floor with your arms straight up by your head...have someone gently lift up on your arms...thus stretching your shoulders? Lots of bridge ups/backbends & rock while in them (pushing chest forward)

Splits:
Do them everyday! While you watch tv when the commercials are on or something to that effect.
Oversplits (put the foot of your front leg up onto a mat or block & hold your split that way)
Middle split: lay on your back with your legs straight up against a wall & just let them fall open...gravity will help to gently pull them down.
