What JO level does your gym start competing at?

We start at Level 3... But, there is an option for some girls who chose not to compete the previous season (due to not being ready on an event or 2) to compete L4 if they got the skills while training throughout the year. This will apply to ONE girl this season... but she is still missing the kip and ROBHSBHS at this point.

My gym starts at level 2 but some people like me start at level 3 anyways :)

We were 3, but now we are doing Xcel (silver or gold) then onto optionals. This is all new, so we'll see how it goes! :)

We start at Level 3 generally. We have some kids do Bronze if they are team but not quite ready for Level 3 for the season. We are letting our Pre-team girls do Bronze at our home meet this weekend if they want to also. It's the end of the season so a nice opportunity for them.

Level 3, but that has only been in the last couple of years. Before the new levels, we competed old L4 only the last year it was valid. Before that we started competing at old L5.
Our current L3 is an intro level, the leotard is cheaper (tank), they go to only a few meets and it's a lot less expensive than L4-up.

We start at level 1 but the girls in level one go to two competitions at most (our gyms and another close one.)

Next year it will likely be Level 3, but prior to that it was 4 (before the level changes it was 4, then the kids that were 4 before the level change repeated 4 after it, and nobody moved up to 3 as they were developing a new group of pre-team girls).

Level 1 has two in house meets per year at our developmental show.
Level 2s compete at several sanctioned local meets and at level 2 state. All but one of these meets is completely separate from rest of team schedule. This is the first year that this level has been official members of the team.
Levels 3 4 and 5 do one schedule mostly local, level 6 and 7 do another schedule with additional travel, and level 8-10 add additional travel meets to the 6/7 schedule. HC likes to get the high level girls out of state/region as much as possible.
