| From a BYU/NMU game. Can we say, anger issues? |

| That is about some of the worst sportsmanship I've ever seen or heard of. I too, as a former soccer player, am appalled. She deserves to be thrown off the team and suspended from school. At the very least, she's caused huge damage to the reputation of her school's athletic program. Glad to see i'm not the only one who was so outraged. |

| Unbelievable! Soccer has always been known as a "gentleman's" sport. This girl should never take to the field again. My husband is a police officer and here someone has faced criminal charges for assault during an athletic game of some sort. Inexcusable conduct Game over. |

I saw this online last night. It was like watching a terrible act of abuse on a child. The kind of thing that makes me cringe away in total horror. The calculated and sneaky way she did what she did just floored me.
Beyond suspension I would have charged her with assault and battery.
There are just no excuses of any kind that justify those actions. I have seen tons of rugby, mens and womens, and I have never seen that kind of behaviour.
Disgusting. |

| If one of my athletes did something like this, I wouldn't just pull them from the game, but I'd kick them off the team right on the spot. Absolutely inexcusable. |

I also found it appalling so I looked it up - apparently she's been suspended. I'm really floored she wasn't pulled from the game early or completely dismissed from the athletic program, at least for the rest of the season. I've seen athletes get NCAA sanctions for far less. Maybe that hasn't been decided. There was really no excuse for that kind of behavior and it was clearly premeditated and not part of the game at all. I can't imagine as a coach or athlete you would even want an athlete at that age who cannot exhibit judgement and self control on your team. |

Anyone ever seen gaelic football? Now that is violent- although I wouldn't fight with the girl in the video myself
You should all have seen the last time the local football (soccer) club played here. There was nearly a riot lol. |
