Sad but true fact of China

That was horrible! In this country those coaches would be prosecuted for child abuse! Especially the one who kicked the boy. That makes me even more proud of our girls, who became champions without being tortured and abused and forced to do it.

I had seen this one before. There are many sad ones concerning Chinese gymnastics training on youtube. Make you wonder how in the world those little girls can look so full of joy during competitions.

The parents have no control. They're not allowed to see their kids once they enter the "system".

Horrible, I remember in the olympics one of the commentaters said that Cheng Fei was going to the olympics to get the money for her family. Maybe that is why the kids stay in there? it is still bad though!

That's exactly why they stay. To help there family's out. There was a whole article in Sports Illustrated about Chinese athletes and their families needing money.
