    Adult small, as a gymnast myself it is very annoying when leotards ride up and also extremely uncomfortable. Last year my coach ordered me a comp leotard that was two sizes to small and it was so uncomfortable.

    I haven't Went to one gym from the age of 4-6 then another to 6-9 now the one I'm currently at 9-13.

    Before competitions I always try to do something fun but safe eg. Hanging out with friends. Anyway I'm sure your a wonderful gymnast and I hope this advise helps!
