thats so not your fault. i actually cant belive that a coach would comment like that. if this girl cant handle cheering. than straightforward she cant handle gymnastics
she needs to stick her front handspring, that tiny hop might be a factor. anothre thing to remember is executeion, straight legs, pointed toes ect, execution is worth more that the skills so its very impotant. she could also work on her split leap, maybe more split. also full turn, make sure...
it is important to me to get opinions from gymnasts, and coaches and parents because they may have had experience with this. obviously the doctors word is more valued however i wont see him for a while still, and i was anxious. and i didnt ignore it, i thought it was fine due to no pain.
i know!! and im really scared now... im staying off it now, and babying it like crazy.. im seeing the doctor thursday. i think it would be obvious if i messed it up... wouldnt it be, i mean its an ACL
well my doctor doesnt currently know about this, by this i mean that i walked on it. previously he said no walking at ALL, but im thinking well if it doesnt hurt then i should be fine... now however im kind of worried
alright so it turns out i did tear it, now heres the dealio. i had surgery ten days ago, and im already walking on it without anything. so no brace or anything... is that normal, even though isnt doesnt hurt, is there a chance i screwed it up??
yes.. i agree after yesterday, at practice i felt weak, and knew i couldn't do much, but after my surgery the doctor says that it takes like six months to heal!! ahh
