I am looking to compete Xcel diamond which requires a release move or pirouette on bars. I think the release move is my best bet. What is considered the easiest or most basic release move? Thanks!
I am trying to move up from Xcel platinum (kind of like level 5-7) to Xcel diamond (level 7 -9). I'm concerned because my routines right now have all the requirements, but don't necessarily have any big flashy skills.
Is this a bad thing? Will judges score lower?

Does anyone have any drills that help explain wrist shifting for bars? These specific kids have the right idea/form to do skills like clearhip to handstand and monkey circles/monkey gaints, but their wrists are always caught at the bottom, because they forget to shift. Any drills, tips, or...
