Hey Lucy,
A gymnastics rig isn't any different in my experience so I doubt they will do it much harm. Just make sure they know how to use it correctly.
Thank you so much for your help! I'm looking forward to having a go and I'm trying to decide what sewing machine to buy to make it easy for myself. I shall make sure it has a stretch stitch facility.
Good luck. I'm sure you will get something sorted. Let me know if you get anywhere with Harrow Gymnastic as I coach Trampolining for the Leisure Centre next door
Harrow Leisure Centre have a gymnastics club next door to them which may be looking for a coaches so it's worth giving them a try. It isn't far from Hendon
I'm an adult Trampolinist. I took it up again 3 years ago after a very very long gap. I currently train 5 times a week and I'm competing at regional level with a view to do a national comp later this year.
I'm total proof that you are never too old to go gymnastics
I'm about to embark on a little project making my own leotard. I just wondered if anyone had any tips or potential problems I might come across. It would be great to see any pictures of leotards you guys have made to help reassure me it's not as hard as I think :)
