I've never gone to a long summer camp with my whole gym, but I have alone. If they are optional lvl gymnasts, then yes its worth it. And the parents would pay for the camp for their own kids.
Work your way back up in conditioning and stretching. And work back up to your vault too. And if needed, have your coach spot you. It depends how you work on your vault depending on your level.
