If someone has received a 35+ in level 5 competition can they go back to level 4 and compete??

Can anyone clarify what is the birthday age cutoff for age groups, if they say have 10-young 12 and then older 12 group?? I cannot find anything showing the information. Thanks

Yes, definitely ready and will actually be trying to level out to 6 over next few months, she only needs to work on clear hip and her front tuck!! She has amazed me!! This all from a kid who said at 8yrs old I am quitting and will never go back to the gym....guess it's in her blood!!

My 11 year old daughter finally got her Kip ! yay, she was so excited! But unfortunately one of her last ones that she tried her arm buckled and she fell pretty hard on to her upper chest. How many of you have had your kids do that? Her doctor wants her to stay out of the gym for 3 to 4 weeks...

Would they be able to use a pull over on low bar instead of a kip at competition and have coach spot kip on high bar? If so what sort of deductions would there be?

On a side note to this... when they do scratch, do they need to actually go up and tap the bar? This all happened so fast i have not asked that yet!
