I started gymnastics at the age of 14 and started coaching at age 16. Currently, I coach preschool and competitive gymnastics. I love working with the lower levels (L2, L3, L4, Xcel Silver) and developing good habits and an understanding of shapes and basics. One of the most important things that I teach my gymnasts is good sportsmanship and teamwork.
