I've been wanting to get my standing tuck for ages now but I just can't seem to get it right, I always bend my knees to much, so it's more like the start for a flick, and if I manage to do it without doing my legs wrong I do something else wrong, any tips?
Not team gym as in artistic teamgym but like the Scandinavian version, tumbling,trampette/vault and floor? I do it and love it so much yet it's barely recognised which is so annoying!
