I was wondering, as I have been trying 2 learn an aerial recently, it seems that it is very hard to get the additional momentum needed once u move from a 1 handed cartwheel to pull in ur hands. I always fall a little short, just need a little extra to land on my kicking leg square...
I have been working on trying to put a tumble pass together, and I'm not that experienced in doing so. For the FHS and front layout individually, I do fine, but it seems impossible to connect them together into a pass, on the tumble track or the floor.
Is ther any good advice on that, or...
