I found that many gyms have different names for the same stretches. I also found that many websites state incorrect muscles affected by a stretch.

I created another little comic strip. Was a little hard to write the text to make the point that both are parallel. If anybody has any suggestions to what the text bubbles should be then please tell me and I might changed them.

I have a question about "bent knees at takeoff". My question is; should coaches teach gymnasts from the start to have slightly bent knees at takeoff (ex. takeoff on a springboard).. or they should jump onto the springboard with straight legs?

What is the correct terminology when talking about a gymnasts feet being bent or straight?
Does one say;
"Remember to point your toes"
"Remember to have straight feet"
"Remember to point your feet"
or is it something completely different?
