Does anyone ever feel Incomfortable at a meet with only a Leo on ? When we take off our warm ups in the warm up time. They are pretty much off for good (that day at least). I was wondering does anyone feel like this? Especially us older girls like when you have a new Leo that gives you a butt...
I say none as a gymnast. Our coaches think it is more important to do well at a meet than try to build up streangth before one. If I had to choose one I would go with Friday conditioning because then you have Saturday to work through it
If she wants to go let her is what I would say the skills sound like she is a level seven or eight? So she should know pain by now and she should know to tell you when it hurts
U listen to the radio and turn to your freind and say "this would be cool floor music"
Or when Sunday comes and you can barely walk in church because of Saturday conditioning
I can totally relate to you! My coach is the same way but i've had her for 3years so its kinda sad she has stayed the same. Anyway I find that you have to ask what to do/how to fix it to get answers out of them!

To AllChalkedUp I am also a teenager but the teens she seems to be talking about they might think a meeting would be stupid but it is a good idea maybe you could do journals during practice like my coaches
Ok so my coach is your age and I like it when she treats us with respect but also to be silly with us . The best way to act is to be a freind but be a coach when things start to slack
