I have OS myself (A gymnast)
My doctor said that the best thing to do is to ice it whenever it hurts. As it is inflamated and ice helps with that. If your daughter likes to practice at home a lot then try and reduce that. Try to let it rest at home . Your daughter should be able to practice...
A couple more questions... :)
1. For strap bar, do you have to bring your own straps? ( I wouldn't think so but just to be safe)
2. What is pit fluff? A lot of people say you have to do it there.
3. How do they screen you? What events?
4. Can you have a gym bag to take with you from class...
This post is targeted mostly to people who have been or parents who have children who went to IGC. I may be going there this summer and I have a few questions.
1. How much space do you you have if I needed to could I bring to small suitcases?
2. Is there any open gym time? Can coaches spot you...
Sounds to me like a level 7. But I'm not sure. I don't think level 7s do front handspring vaults. You can check on USAG's website ( USA Gymnastics ) Just search usag on Google and you'll find it. Hope that helped. :)
I was looking at some floor music on a site called energym.com but when I looked at the prices I saw some floor music that was 1:20 Long and cost $52.00. Is floor music really that expensive
