I will be out of the gym until summertime, but I will be able to keep my skills I was working on because my muscle memory for those skills has lasted several years without a gym. But I want to work on new skills without doing the actual skill so I dont hurt myself. What are some drills/condition...
I can do my kip but every time I start to finish it I make a decision to jump off the bar and then I immediately regret it... same thing with beam skills. I'm not afraid of falling, I'm "afraid" to finish/land them. Does anyone know any tricks to get me to want to finish them?
My kip is spot on- until I have to rotate my wrists, so I never finish it. I always rotate them too early or too late. Ade there any drills I can do at home to practice timing of wrist rotation or even just practice rotating?
