Hi all my dd (7) has very tight shoulders and needs to improve her shoulder flex. I am concerned this will hinder her progression now she is required to start flipping. Please would you share with me some stretches and also can this be fixed?
Something has not gone to plan but we could see this at China vs Australia here in Perth...I strongly doubt we will medal which will be sad for the program
Tbh if your little one gets into a hpc atm take it but from talk around the traps hpc are under the pump because we don't have a booth at the Olympics so expect a very pressured environment.
For me the il route is because my daughter wants to represent Australia at an international level. I know it's a long shot but I figure that she deserves a chance to live her dreams if I can help. I owe the person I brought into the world an opportunity to fulfil that.

I prepack a lunch box of peanut butter sandwich, boiled egg, baby Roma tomatos, banana. I tend to only feed my dd whole foods (not overly processed) and not too milky. Will look at my list tonight for more ideas.
Hey gymnasts and gymnastic mums I need some first aid tips for my darling daughters ripped hands. I have no clue what to do but realise that they need toughening up. Do I dress them or leave them to dry out? She is in pain and won't train on them. How can I tape them? Is there a you tube? Omg...
My dd mostly loves the one and one time we spend together when we do strength and conditioning together. There are times though that she flatly refuses and then I know she is spent and needs recovery time.
My dd (just 7) got her press, back flip (tramp) and back and front salt (tramp) all this week. Last week she got her back walk over. Massive couple of weeks here.
My dd is a young gymnast on the elite path. She needs to improve her upper body strength and has a chin up bar that I assist her with. I was wondering what exercises she could do when I am not there to gain more arm strength.
