alright so it turns out i did tear it, now heres the dealio. i had surgery ten days ago, and im already walking on it without anything. so no brace or anything... is that normal, even though isnt doesnt hurt, is there a chance i screwed it up??
alright i need advice i tore my ACL, like completely, but the thing is im fine. im walking, running jumping, and im trying to convince my trainer to let me warm up and do bars. i know sounds stupid, but i know myself well enough to know my limits. i tried it out, i can do front walkovers...
so i have this skill but now im coaching and i have no idea what to tell the gymnasts in order to help them with the skill i keep demonstrating but im not sure what i should say to help them.. any comments and advice is appreciated!!
so i need some stretches and conditioning to help with back tucks, i dont have a lot of access for a gym and dont have enough room at home so anything and everything would be very helpful! thanks !
hey guys so my gymnastics seasons is ending and i want to be able to condition so i can keep my skills on everything... bars, beam floor and vault ill go to an open gym every friday but sometimes i wont be able to..:( any ideas?
hey so im working giants and i seem to have troubles with the cast handstand part of it... my arms kind of give out at the end any ideas to help with them or to condition arm muscles?
