Hi guys! Sorry for the delay in replying! If you would still like to to see the level 3 floor routine feel free to add me on Facebook and I can message you the video or something :)
Haha aww sorry ladies, I didn't have enough space on my phone yesterday! Have cleared some now and will try again tomorrow, is there a way to upload it to here without having to put it on YouTube or Facebook? :)
Haha I was thinking that I could record me doing it or I do have the dvd that has all the routines on it that I could record, but not sure if that would be wrong since we all had to pay $60 for it don't want to get in trouble haha! If I get to gym and have a free moment I will give it ago and...
Oh really, I'm not a huge fan of the level 3 floor! I just don't know if it will suit the littlies... Actually considered skipping kids from 3-4 but just going to have to suck it up as there are some not ready for 4!
Same same, struggling along, just don't have enough training hours to get everything done!
Underwings on bars seem to be tough, but the girls are picking up the floor routines not to badly, thank goodness because by the time we work on skills there isn't much time to allocate for routines...
In Australia some girls do a split leap to a wolf jump thingy off one leg, but not a normal wolf jump, the first leg kicks up straight then swaps to bent while the other kicks up straight at the same time, joining knees in the middle! Sorry not sure if it has a different name, we just call it a...
Hi all, I am after some ideas for free hips/clear hips.
My girls are 12+years and of average size -ie I'm not spotting tiny littlies!
They are just starting to work on clear hips and just not really getting it. They know what their body is meant to be doing but can't get it to even after...
It's a tough situation! I have a lot of ex state stream girls will struggle with ALP skills on the hours per week they train (2.5-5hrs, only 1 training 5hrs+). And telling them that they might have to stay the same or go lower is only going to make them out gym lower down in their priorities...
Hahaha : ) maybe while they are at it they should remind them about how the us also have the XCEL program for kids who can't/don't want to commit to massive hours :-p
I finally got them yesterday after an order stuff up, not a huge fan! Some dance I like but then I don't like the music and vice versa! Level 3 is very fast. All routines are so much more dancier and are going to be so hard to teach in my opinion, for my kids.
I think a good comparison would be if the U.S. got rid of XCEL and everyone had to do JO!
I'm still waiting for my DVD to arrive so I can learn all these routines I have to start teaching in a few short weeks haha
