    WAG Tumbling Questions

    I have two questions: Is a double back (tucked) on floor a C or D? Also, for my doubles, I've realized that my ankles aren't as strong as I'd like them to be on my landings. Any good ankle conditioning suggestions (or conditioning that would help make landing less painful)? Thanks!

    WAG Chalk

    Just out of curiosity, about how much chalk does your gym go through (like on a daily or weekly basis)? I'm wondering if our gym overuses chalk or is average.

    WAG C beam dismount ideas?

    By the way, twisting is not generally my thing... I did round off half dismount fine but just can't seem to get it around to do a full, let alone 1 1/2... Also front dismounts weren't really my thing either. Any ideas? *My excuse is that I LOVE beam so much that I just do NOT want to get off...

    WAG Vault Twisting

    I am training Level 10, so I need to learn twisting Yurchenko vaults. However, our gym does not have a vault runway and table into a pit, so I'd be trying my first twisting onto a porta-pit/resi mat. Is this okay? Also, what drills can I do to prepare myself?
