My son is asking for a list of the L4 compulsory elements/skills. I have looked around the USAG site and couldn't find anything, but I am really new at this stuff. Is there a list of these skills some place?

I'm still new, but I'm curious if you can try contacting the Florida USAG people for advice & information? Their club list only showed one USAG gym in Tampa, but I am not from FL so I'm not sure which other cities near Tampa are on the list. http://usagfl.org/index.htm
