WAG hydration (water vs. sport drinks, juice, etc.)

I never said that sugar was evil, but during practice you don't want to be consuming a lot of sugar. And yes those smoothies are a great idea, but I wouldn't necessarily drink them during workout. Though I would definitely have one for a pre-workout meal. :)

WAG hydration (water vs. sport drinks, juice, etc.)

No, I would definitely stick to water! Anyone who says you need more is flat-out lying to you. Water has all you need for hydration and juice, even if 100% juice, just has unnecessary sugar in it.

WAG Does a great coach trump an established good program?

I would stay put for now, but if that doesn't work, take option B :)

how do you get them to drink?

There's actually a water bottle that squeezes the citrus right into your water! http://www.brookstone.com/citrus-zinger-flavored-water-infusion-bottle

    WAG Learning Custom Floor Routine

I like that way a lot! Many times the older girls have picked up so many choreography ideas from watching so many routines that they're more helpful than a coach! :)

WAG Force going through the body when tumbling

I've actually heard that when you land a tumbling pass with flight, the amount of force put on your joints is around 3 times your body weight! Hope this helps :)

Off Topic Totally OT: my in-laws are a pain in my...back!

If the mattress is that bad, I would resort to putting pillows on the bed(if you can find extra) and sleeping on them, but that's just me. :) I've heard that icy hot works well and you can get them in patches, but if you don't want to use those, I like many muscle rubs (like tiger balm) and you...

Off Topic Breast Cancer Gymnastics Slogan Ideas

"We Flip for Pink" or "I Flip for Pink" and another idea would be to write it upside down so whenever someone flipped in it, you could read it :)

    Off Topic Undergarments for meets

Even though they are pricey, I think GK is your best bet. Their undergarments are the best to use (IMO) and will last you a long time, so it's better than getting something cheaper that you don't like.

    Off Topic Appendicitis

Depends on a lot of things but you will probably be looking at about a month and then a little bit more time to get used to her skills again. She might be ready to compete in the 2nd meet though :)

    WAG Quick critique?

Keep the handspring moving faster and most other small things will work themselves out :)

WAG How is your non-homeschool TOPs program structured?

Our gym doesn't do TOPS, but I know from other gyms that most TOPS (the younger ones) aren't homeschooled and will usually do seperate TOPS training workouts (physical and skills) from the regular USAG practices. Also, I do think TOPS could help the gymnast perform better in USAG.

How many leos do you have?

Comp leo and warm ups, 3 pairs of shorts, and around 12-13 practice leos :)

    Aerial Help!

Like Cameron said, I wouldn't recommend doing it at home. It's not as safe as the gym, especially if you just got the aerial and you could end up seriously injuring yourself! I would save the tricks for when you're on safe equipment with a coach

    Hairspray!

There's actually an little flyaway gel-like stick I've used and it works very well! I think it's by bedhead :)
