I am a gymnast that has naturally soft hands. Sadly, too soft, so they rip all the time. I've had over 20 rips while my teammates mostly have had 5-10. Any tips or products you can recommend would be very much appreciated. Thank you! :)

I put my hair in a high ponytail, then I braid it and tie it off, then I twist it up into a bun. My hair is long so that way my hair won't get in my way. This may work for your hair. Hope it helps!!!
I bring:
-flip flops (because I wear sneakers to meets and if it's a long drive home I may want to wear something more comfortable)
-a change of clothes (in case you go anywhere after the meet)
-extra hair stuff (hairspray, bun net, hair ties, pins, etc.)
