    Try pushing and leaning down on that bar and keep shoulders over the bar and maybe make that first cast small and then the one for the squat on make that on big.

    At our gym be do push up blocks down the track and we all go into a plank hollow position and but our feet on a pommel horse and just block also fly springs on track. Also pop handstands on a panel mat or push up pops.

    WAG What percentage of the gymnasts at your gym end up having a serious injury?

    I’m a level 10 gymnast and I’ve had 3 serious injuries dislocation of the elbow with a fracture , torn ligament in ankle and dislocation of shoulder . But at my gym usually around 75% gets serious injuries at about level 7 or 8.

    Okay! I tried doing some on the low beam and stuck them with ease I was still a liTitle scared to do it on the high beam. And my meet is now one week away and I know I have to do it so when I get to practice today I will try to do the ariel.
