Does anyone have any advice for getting my back tuck and then adding it to my round off backhand spring. I try to do it on the trampoline but end up not tucking, my coach has spotted me to get the shape a couple of times but it doesn’t translate on trampoline. Advice will be appreciated! ❤️

Does anyone have any tips for getting recruited for women’s college gymnastics. I am currently in Xcel and need some tips. I’m not in level 8-10 yet but am wanting to work towards it. Any advice would be welcome. Thank you!
