    Hi all, I'm just a beginner adult gymnast, but it seems like I get rips really easily - 2 rips on my first time on bars and I was only doing pullovers and cast-BHC. I've also had rips in the past just by swinging across the monkey bars at the park, so I'm wondering - how do I start toughening...

    At home conditioning before starting gymnastics

    Hi all, I'm planning on starting an adult gymnastics class early next year and I'd like to be in the best possible shape before then! What conditioning do you think I should do at home? I never did gymnastics as a kid, but I'm pretty fit and strong and can do basic skills like cartwheels...
