    Rips!!

    I seem to rip a lot on bars, usually I rip weekly and sometimes the rips get soooo bad that I can't do bars. How do I 1) Help better prevent rips from happening, and 2) Help to heal my rips faster??

    buckle grips?!

    I use velcro grips too!! Try getting a new pair an use rubber bands to hold down the actual velcro, thats what i do. At the end of the day its what the gymnast feels most comfortable in!!
