I am currently a gymnast and our team banquet is coming up. A few of my team members wanted to make awards to give to the coaches. Any Ideas?????:confused:

My coach always says at vault..."Make like a bread truck and haul buns.'' something my coach did was print out signs on colored paper saying stuff like.... Did you give 100% today?......... If you could, would, or should, why won't you?

At my gym we get a number of routines to do (usually 5) and for every routine we don't do we have conditioning (usually 30 super v-ups). I don't know i gymnast that likes conditioning. It motivates us to get our assignment done. You will often hear each other saying "stop talking and work" or...

During practice i wear just regular underwear but i also wear shorts. When i can't wear shorts, like in meets, i wear briefs. Look in any leo catalog and you will find all different color briefs in nylon or cotton.
